Final design files and project deliverables are shared via email, secure download link, or through our client portal, depending on the nature of the project. You will receive notification once your files are ready for delivery.
The delivery timeline for each project will be agreed upon at the start of the engagement and may vary depending on the project scope. Most digital deliverables are provided within the committed timeline, provided we receive timely feedback, approvals, and required content from the client.
If you do not receive your design files within the agreed timeline due to technical issues (e.g., email delivery failure or download error), please contact us at support@zodiakkdesign.com. We will ensure your files are re-sent promptly.
As no physical items are shipped, there are no shipping or handling fees for our services. The price you see at checkout is the final amount — no hidden delivery costs.
