Cancellation & Refunds

At Zodiakk Design, we strive to provide high-quality design services tailored to each client's needs. Since every project requires dedicated time, effort, and resources, our Cancellation & Refund Policy ensures fairness for both our clients and our team.

Cancellation Policy

Before Project Start — If you cancel before any work has begun, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
After Project Commencement — Once the project has started (research, concept creation, or design work), cancellations will be accepted but refunds will not be issued for the portion of work already completed.
Midway Cancellations — A partial refund may be granted, calculated based on the unutilized portion of the project cost after deducting charges for work already completed and resources purchased.
Final Deliverables Provided — Once final files or deliverables have been shared, no refunds will be processed.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • The project has not started.
  • Zodiakk Design fails to deliver work in accordance with the agreed scope, even after revisions.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Work already completed and delivered.
  • Customized designs, stock resources, or licensed content purchased for the project.
  • Delay in project completion due to late client communication, content sharing, or approvals.
Processing Time — Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Revisions Policy

Each project includes 3 complimentary revisions. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be billed separately, based on our hourly rate or pre-agreed terms.

How to Request a Cancellation / Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us with your Project ID and reason for cancellation. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
